the room was a great size for a city stay. it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with supplies. the bathroom amenities smelled amazing and left my skin feeling balanced, not too dry or oily!!!

the location was prime. i easily walked to many spots. having subway stations so nearby simplified getting around. the rooms size surprised me, especially for being in such a central area.
i often waited several minutes. this was frustrating, particularly during peak hours. i think they need more.

The location was decent. It was close to public transport.
waiting times stretched to what was like forever. i was on a high floor, but the constant delays made me think twice about leaving the room more than necessary. also, the room service was spotty. One day they forgot to replenish the coffee supplies.
