convenient location friendly staff daily cleaning luggage storage
The location was CONVENIENT. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned daily. Suitcase storage on the ground level added convenience.
Waiting for an elevator was sometimes a challenge, particularly during peak hours as there are only a few for a very tall building.

convenient location dining options restful sleep
The location was convenient with subway lines nearby. I found several dining options in the immediate vicinity. The room offered sufficient space and the bed ensured a restful sleep.
I experienced considerable delays with the elevators. Waiting times frequently was pretty good.

clean room stocked supplies long wait peak times
the room was a great size for a city stay. it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with supplies. the bathroom amenities smelled amazing and left my skin feeling balanced, not too dry or oily!!!
i found myself waiting a long time for elevators. this was a little annoying during peak times. the wait could be quite long.

the staff was helpful. the location is near public transport, i appreciated that. my room had a coffee machine, it was useful. i also liked the luggage hold option.
the elevators were slow, i waited a long time. my room was small with little counter space in the bathroom. i could also hear noise from other rooms.

the room had a built-in fridge inside the desk. closet and drawer space was generous. the tv offered access to streaming services (i signed into my own netflix).

solid stay downtown
prime location nearby subway stations surprising room
the location was prime. i easily walked to many spots. having subway stations so nearby simplified getting around. the rooms size surprised me, especially for being in such a central area.
the elevators took a long time. i often waited several minutes. this was frustrating, particularly during peak hours. i think they need more.

elevator delays spotty room service
The location was decent. It was close to public transport.
The elevators were a major problem. waiting times stretched to what seemed like forever. i was on a high floor, but the constant delays made me think twice about leaving the room more than necessary. also, the room service was spotty. One day they forgot to replenish the coffee supplies.
